Robert’s steel house is famous around the world, I know because on the weekends he would recline in his lawnchair, contemplating the spaces. Hanging out with him, I got to meet and see the throngs of college students, architects, and other fans of his design and of his philosophy. From that vantage point, I can attest to the wide range of tourists, visiting Texas Tech and med school applicants. Robert had a cupboard full of books, magazine articles, etc. that mention his home, this is the best of all, IMHO. Enjoy, but better still….build. M.Lawson di Ransom Canyon
